Cleaning Compounds: Compounds for use as general cleaning agents on all surfaces, soak tanks, or with steam or mechanical cleaning devices in all departments. Use this compound in accordance with 21 CFR 117.35. After using this compound, all food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.
