Benefits
Hydroxysan 2210 has a high oxidation potential. It exhibits excellent antimicrobial activity for use on aseptic food packaging and processing equipment. It degrades to oxygen, water and carbon. It can be used without a rinse when used according to the specific label directions for rinse free applications.
Applications
Hydroxysan 2210 is used in commercial sterility applications of aseptic food packaging in low acid food processing, including but not limited to aseptic filling systems, glass and plastic food packaging. It can also be used as a sterilant on non-porous food manufacturing, packaging and filling equipment. Use dilution instructions for packaging and processing equipment sterilization are 13 ounces per 5 gallons of sterile deionized water (3810 ppm peroxyacetic acid).
