Description

HYDRITE 610 LIQUID TRIPE WASH is a specially formulated, liquid, non-phosphated, low foaming alkaline cleaner developed to remove the mucous coating and membrane lining of tripe without attacking the villi.

Applications

  • Normally tripe is cleaned by a series of washes and rinses followed by neutralization and bleaching.
  • To clean tripe before the bleaching stage, HYDRITE 610 LIQUID TRIPE WASH should be used at the rate of one to three ounces per gallon.
