Sorbic acid is an antimicrobial agent used to prevent mold, yeast, and fungi growth, particularly in cheese, yogurt, meat, wine, soft drinks, and more. It can also be found in animal feeds, pharmaceutical drugs, and cosmetics.

Compatibilities
