Multiquat Plus No. 457 is a concentrated liquid quaternary sanitizer. EPA Reg. No. 2686-28.

Applications
- It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
- For sanitizing, pre-clean all surfaces and rinse. Use 1.36 – 2.67 ounces of Multiquat Plus No. 457 to 4 gallons of water (200 – 400 ppm). The required contact time for all equipment is at least one minute. Do not rinse. Allow all equipment to drain.
- Multiquat Plus No. 457 is accepted by the EPA for multiple applications. Consult the label for specific applications and use requirements.
- At 0.34 oz per gallon (200 ppm), Multiquat Plus No. 457 is an effective food contact surface sanitizer in water up to 500 ppm hardness against:
- Campylobacter jejuni
- Escherichia coli
- Escherichia coli 0157:H7
- Listeria monocytogenes
- Salmonella enterica
- Cronobacter sakazakii
- Salmonella enteritidis
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Yersinia enterocolitica
- Klebsiella pneumoniae
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- At 0.67 oz per gallon (400 ppm), Multiquat Plus No. 457 is an effective food contact surface sanitizer in water up to 1,000 ppm hardness against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
