Eclipse, No. 285 is a concentrated, low foam, caustic cleaner which eliminates the need for an acid wash as required by most cleaning systems.

Eliminates the need for an acid wash and rinse.
Provides shorter wash time which yields increased production time.
Reduced water consumption and wastewater generation.
Reduction in energy costs.
Eliminates the need for a strong acid.
Phosphate free which lowers phosphate surcharges for municipal treatment facilities

NaOH

Excellent cleaner for dairy operations.
Can be used for milk and whey equipment such as trucks, lines, DMC, salt belts, silos, vats, and separators.
Can be used in COP tanks for parts and hoops.
A slightly higher concentration is needed for cheese cookers.
