Liquid Floor Treatments

Do you know of the various liquid entryway foaming products available in Hydrite’s product line?

Hydrite carries a wide range of liquid entryway foaming products. They can fall into three major categories:

  1. Entryway/Floor/Shoe Treatments
  2. EPA Registered Environmental Sanitizers
  3. EPA Registered Food Contact Surface Sanitizers

The entryway/floor/shoe treatments serve to clean floors, shoes, and wheels and help to prevent the spread of soils throughout the facility. They are non-EPA registered, so no sanitizing claims can be made and must not be used for environmental or food contact surface sanitizing.

EPA registered environmental sanitizers can make sanitizing claims—typically they have a 3-log bacterial reduction on environmental surfaces. These products are not to be used for food contact surface sanitizing.

EPA registered food contact surface sanitizers can be used for sanitizing all surfaces, food contact and environmental—see label for use instructions.

Notes:

  1. Vigilant No. 163 and Sentinel No. 473 are acidic and will etch/dissolve bare concrete floors!
  2. Vigilant and Sentinel are typically used when the plant water is hard—they will prevent the foam nozzles and foam bodies from plugging with mineral scale.
