Hydrivail 612 is compounded to replace masking agents by using polymeric absorption and esterification technology. A masking agent covers the odors with a fragrance, but Hydrivail 612 counteracts with a second odorous substance (not a fragrance) and the combination is inoffensive. Hydrivail 612 should be used in situations where odorous liquids and solids cannot be treated with chemical addition.
