Each September we offer weekly, one-hour Food Safety Fridays webinars focusing on food safety and sanitation. These short-form, topical sessions include supplemental information that builds off of our two-day food safety, sanitation, and membrane trainings.

Glen will review evaporator cleaning protocols, functions and process variables that are critical for efficient operations. CIP principals such as vacuum, concentrations, pH, temperature profiles, and design flow considerations will be covered with this in depth webinar on evaporators. With his strong chemistry background, Glen is able to bring together both applications and science, as he utilizes his unique strengths covering items such as the use of process aids in evaporator scale inhibition.

About Glen

As the Program Manager for Application Technical Services, Glen is responsible for the ATS group management and deployment. With over 27 years of food industry experience, Glen assists with microbial troubleshooting and investigations in food manufacturing facilities. He has extensive knowledge of membrane technology and cleaning and sanitation experience. He owns the patent US6077358: Compositions and Method of Treatment of Whey.
