Coatings/Crepe Aid for Yankee Dryer
Solvox Special 5801:
A water-soluble agent used for coating the Yankee Dryer in tissue preparation. The product provides both adhesion and coating allowing for prolonged blade life while controlling both crepe and bulk for the mill.
Solvox Special 5802:
A water-soluble resin blend formulated for Yankee Dryer crepe control. The product provides a thin, tenacious coating to protect the Yankee surface and extend the life of the creping doctor blade to allow for complete crepe control that produces the fine hand on all tissue grades.
Solvox Special 5803:
A water-soluble resin designed to provide efficient crepe control on a Yankee Dryer. The product provides a thin, tenacious coating to protect the dryer surface and extend the life of the creping blade.
Release for Yankee Dryer
Solvox Special 5701:
A highly effective and efficient release agent for use on Yankee Dryers. A highly emulsifiable, mineral oil-free release agent, the product will not cause or promote spray boom deposits. The product is safe on a wide variety of dryer surfaces and improves overall runability.
Solvox Special 5702:
A highly effective and economical Yankee Release agent. The product is emulsifiable in water and will not corrode or carbonize steel. The product assists in providing a smooth, pick-free, fine creped sheet.
Modifiers for Yankee Dryers
Solvox Special 5850:
coating modifier designed to assist in preventing/inhibiting crosslinking of the coating allowing easier spreading promoting a more uniform coating across the dryer. Benefits of use are increased dryer protection and higher quality tissue/paper products.
